I was first introduced to Richard Teichner several years ago while evaluating some financial skulduggery by a company’s President and his inventory Czar. The pair had secretly inflated the inventory of a company by not removing scrap materials from their annual valuations. Their routine emails indicated they were removing the scrap values, but they were surreptitiously retaining it to qualify for financing – from me! Richard’s forensic analysis provided a necessary insight to successfully settle a malpractice case against my own, now ex, attorneys that handled the case.
